the incoming material, contributing to reach a stability and improving

Recycled PET is generally characterized by a lower and more dispersed Intrinsic Viscosity (IV). The use of recycled PET in the production of preforms or sheets affects the mechanical behavior of the final products.

REMAP IV Enhancer (IVE) works is injected during the injection and extrusion process to increase the material intrinsic viscosity. The product works also as a process aid in the extrusion process, allowing for a better thickness distribution on the final sheet, an optimization of the ingress and output pressures on the extruder and a better cleaning of the roll mills.

REMAP IVE additive, available in Liquid form, is able to increase the IV over 0,05 dl/g.
